As a sailor from childhood, Jan Spengler not only sold ships at the Yacht Center Hamburg during his apprenticeship and learned the business from the ground up, but also gained real-world experience from countless deliveries. After completing his training, Jan Spengler was tasked with the new build project for the Atlantic 40 in Gdansk, Poland, as part of the Schmidt & Partner Group from January 1989. Here, a small series of 12-meter yachts was successfully built, sold, and serviced. Since 1989, Jan Spengler – with some excursions into other industries – has made his passion for yachts his profession. His last detour was in 2008/2009 in Dubai, where he led the yacht production of an ambitious shipyard for high-end racing yachts.
Since early 2010, back aboard MSP, he has been the sole shareholder and managing director since 2012, and your point of contact for all matters concerning yachts.

Beate Spengler combines her extensive experience in banking with a deep passion for yachting in her work. In her previous career as a banker, she gained extensive expertise in finance, organization, and strategic management. She now applies this expertise to ensure smooth operations within the company.
With her comprehensive knowledge of yachts, she understands the needs and desires of customers on a very special level. This perspective allows her to successfully implement clients’ visions.
She appreciates the precision and structure that are essential both in finance and yachting. In her role, she combines these two worlds and ensures that the company operates efficiently and purposefully – both in the office and directly with the yachts.
